Shipping and returns
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary from 2 to 7 business days depending on the day of the week the purchase was made, as deliveries are only made Monday through Friday. All our items are shipped via express courier.
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed and during the following times:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders received outside of these hours will be processed the following business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Shipping costs
- The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
- Purchase receipts will be sent to the email address provided by the customer when registering for the angladaesculturas.com online store and can also be viewed in the account created by the customer for the angladaesculturas.com online store.
- On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
- Delivery will be made promptly under the responsibility of the carrier.
- An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package(s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.

Claim for undelivered orders
The consumer and/or user, after receiving an email confirming that their order has been sent, if after a reasonable period of time they have not received the product, can contact angladaesculturas.com by phone at (+34) 914296646, using the contact form or by email: info@angladaesculturas.com to clarify the cause of the delay.
Once the complaint has been received, angladaesculturas.com will contact the consumer and/or user to explain what happened and reach an agreement.
In the event that angladaesculturas.com does not have the contracted item available, the consumer and/or user will be informed of this lack of availability and will receive the amounts paid from angladaesculturas.com as soon as possible.
Cancellations
If, after making the purchase, you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you can do so by indicating this using the contact form established for this purpose in the "contact" section or in writing to the email address info@angladaesculturas.com, customer service form or by phone at (+34) 914296646 indicating the number of the order you wish to cancel.
Return policy
The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without needing to state the reason and without incurring any costs except for the costs related to shipping, which will be borne by the consumer and/or user.
The following exceptions are established (among others) in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and are expressly included in the Law on consumers and users, which are:
c) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and/or user or clearly personalized.
d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
f) The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received, that is, in perfect condition. It must not be damaged, dented, or show any obvious signs of use that would prevent it from being sold again. For shipping, the returned product must be packaged appropriately to protect it during transit.
Procedure:
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days. To do so, they must complete the form provided for this purpose in the "My Account" section or make another type of unequivocal declaration indicating their decision to withdraw from the sales contract.
Whether by one means or another, your communication must contain the following information:
- Your identification data: full name and address
- Order number that appears on the invoice that was sent to you along with the purchased item
- Description of the acquired property
- Your desire to withdraw from the sales contract
- Date of communication
- If you send your request by non-electronic means (for example, postal mail), it must be signed.
From the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, the consumer and/or user has a period of 14 calendar days to return the purchased item to angladaesculturas.com in perfect condition, along with a copy of the purchase invoice.
angladaesculturas.com will promptly notify the consumer and/or user by email of receipt of said withdrawal, along with shipping instructions. Once the product has been received or the consumer and/or user has provided reliable proof of the return of the goods, angladaesculturas.com will promptly return the amounts paid by the consumer and/or user .
